We bring in people from outside the firm on many cases. Every case is different and every one needs different resources. Before we begin representation, we want to sit down with the client and discuss the probable course of the lawsuit. Hopefully, this will let us know early on what kind of resources the case is going to require. These might include a paralegal to handle discovery matters, a private investigator to ascertain facts, or a law student to do legal research. This will allow the client to approve the staff members assigned to his case and to get a reasonable estimate of the cost of the lawsuit.
Rob Frazer graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and the Saint Mary's School of Law in San Antonio, Texas, with honors. Rob is a proud member of the Austin Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and the Williamson County Bar.
